No, you cannot vent exhaust from a home generator while indoors or inside any other enclosed space. A standby generator is never to be run inside. Carbon monoxide gases produced by the engine could be deadly. GE Backup Generators are designed to be installed outside where there is plenty of ventilation. Never run these units inside a home or enclosed area.
